We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please note:
For hygiene reasons, earrings and personal items are non-returnable
Customized or special-order wheelchairs/accessories are final sale
We understand that mobility products are an important investment. To ensure safety and sanitation, all wheelchair returns must meet these conditions:
Must be unused
All parts and manuals must be included
Must be returned in the original packaging
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:
A full refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds usually appear within 5–7 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or wrong item).
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item was damaged
You received the wrong item
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item otherwise.
