Return & Refund Policy

At TDAH, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please note:

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and personal items are non-returnable

  • Customized or special-order wheelchairs/accessories are final sale

Wheelchair Returns

We understand that mobility products are an important investment. To ensure safety and sanitation, all wheelchair returns must meet these conditions:

  • Must be unused

  • All parts and manuals must be included

  • Must be returned in the original packaging

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:

  • A full refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds usually appear within 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or wrong item).

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item otherwise.
